Sales Support AssociateFort Myers, FL

The Sales Support Associate is an entry-level professional who works to support the Sales functions in a variety of areas to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will be responsible for reporting, customer issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.

In addition to supporting the Fort Myers location, this position will also provide support to the Sarasota, FL, and Tampa, FL locations.*

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Ensure products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and strategically positioned in retail stores to maximize sales, enhance the customer experience, and support promotional initiatives.

  • Serve as the brand ambassador in retail stores while partnering with store managers and staff to coordinate merchandising activities.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for sales processes and assist with routine tasks to support the sales teams.

  • Help maintain basic sales reports and update templates with market or sales data under supervision.

  • Assist in compiling data for reports and visual summaries related to pricing, product, claims, inventory, and samples.

  • May support sales order processing by preparing documentation and flagging discrepancies for review.

  • Help coordinate logistics for sales meetings and conventions, including travel and material preparation.

  • Provide general support to sales operations by gathering information and assisting with process documentation.

  • Communicate with internal teams to help resolve basic customer issues and ensure accurate account information.

  • Support reconciliation efforts by gathering documentation and escalating discrepancies to appropriate teams.

  • May perform data entry of sales orders, monitor inventory levels, or handle other administrative items.

  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and support inventory tracking as needed.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

  • 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Suite of products.
