SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYSTDallas, TX

The Supply Chain Analyst is an established performer that works to facilitate and support the Supply Chain function and projects. This role supports the enterprise supply chain network through the development of business plans and on-going analysis of business and industry data.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a work team.

  • Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.

  • Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.

  • Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned area of supporting supply chain

  • Collaborate with necessary functions/positions to develop, monitor, and improve reporting

  • Help analyze and recommend improvements on business processes related to data.

  • Maintain, improve, and provide recommendations on the assigned Supply Chain function using BI software, SF dashboards, & SAP ECC reporting.

  • Develop new processes and procedures to deliver value-added supply chain analytical services to support management decision making process.

  • Monitor output and drive continuous improvement with each defined metric. Recommend new ways to track CS Service Level Agreements & performance of orders/cases.

  • Review existing Domo cards and root analyze data anomalies, gather requirements for new historical reporting needs & improve current data requirement structures.

  • May be responsible for additional responsibilities as defined by area such as sales operations planning and freight.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

  • 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Competencies:

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.

  • Highly analytical.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
