Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Intern – Marketing to join our TEAM! As the Intern – Marketing, we need someone who is ready to assist the Corporate Marketing team with a variety of projects. (This position will sit at the Dallas, TX Corporate office.)

Primary Objective:

Works under general supervision of the Marketing department. The candidate will be expected to thoroughly understand Dal-Tile's daily routines and procedures, with a focus on gaining insights into the organization's operational dynamics.

Primary Function and Scope:

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet the organization’s standards.

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager to develop, refine, and execute project plans that align with the overall marketing strategy. • Engage with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of various marketing projects.

  • Deliver reliable support for daily tasks and ongoing initiatives, driving overall productivity and efficiency.

  • Play a vital role in the creation and updating of marketing materials, such as merchandising tools, room scenes, labels, digital banners, and presentations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing assets are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Assist in developing creative assets, such as naming, copywriting, and video content, to elevate brand storytelling and audience engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate and update content, ensuring the organization’s online presence remains engaging and reflective of brand values.

  • Assist in managing communication with both internal and external partners, addressing inquiries, and supporting special projects to ensure seamless information exchange and project execution.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.

  • 1 year of experience in equivalent field preferred.

Competencies:

The candidate should have basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets, charts, and word processing. Effective communication and resourcefulness are essential for success in this dynamic role, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
