The Ragno Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales budgets for the customers assigned to them. This position also requires coordinating all sales and promotional activities relevant to the region. Frequent and heavy travel is required to execute the sales objectives set each year. Developing and maintaining an effective working relationship with regional customers is essential to the success of this position. You will be part of a dedicated team of industry professionals committed to the mentorship and development of their team members.

Additional important responsibilities of this position include:

  • Strong closing skills

  • Organization and execution of an effective travel plan

  • Strong relationship skills with customers

  • Developing and implementing selling initiatives to grow business

  • Top level product presentation skills

  • Develop sales objectives for customers and communicate them to distributors with frequency

  • Represent the company at regional and/or national trade shows
