NIGHT SHIFT TECHNICAL OPERATOR II – QUALITY CONTROL
PAY: $18.27 per hour + $.50 night shift differential
SHIFT: 6pm to 6am
1 st WEEK: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (36 hours)
2 nd WEEK: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday (48 hours)
Evaluates quality of tile during manufacturing process to ensure specifications are met.
Performs quality checks on work in progress for thickness, size, gloss, color, etc.
Inspects product samples to ensure quality standards are met.
Audits glaze line operations to ensure applications are being performed efficiently.
Audits selection departments to ensure applications are being performed efficiently.
Documents test results.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Follows standard operating procedures.
Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
Bachelor's degree required. 1 – 3 years previous manufacturing/production experience. Quality Control experience preferred. Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Good math skills.
