The PMO Analyst is an established performer that works to facilitate and support IT functions and projects through the Project Management Office (PMO). This role will be responsible for providing analytical support to the PMO, contributing to the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Participate in workshops that help stakeholders understand the functionality of systems software and how the software can be adopted to meet their needs.

  • Meet with customers and partners to outline expectations.

  • Participate in blueprint sessions to define stakeholder alignment. Gather and evaluate project requirements.

  • Keep up to date on current and road mapped system features, functionality, and terminology.

  • Help facilitate communication with technical and non-technical users: business stakeholders, developers, end users, and Project Managers.

  • Assist with managing follow-ups and action items from workshop sessions with Consultants, SDMs, and/or Account Managers.

  • Serve as an advisor and problem solver to PMO team members and stakeholders to assist them in optimizing their use of the product suite to define, build, and deploy IT applications.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, and reports.

  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for project stakeholders and leadership.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Planview & JIRA toolkits knowledge is a plus.

  • PMI (PMP, ACP, …) certifications are a plus.

Competencies:

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
