Dal-Tile NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER in Dallas, Texas

Dal-Tile is seeking a dynamic National Account Manager located in Texas, to develop new sales opportunities for Dal-Tile within the Multi Family segment to include new construction, refurbish, single family for rent, single family for sale, & pre-manufactured housing. This National Account Manager will work closely with Arch Reps & regional team to implement. This position will be based out of Texas.

The major function and scope:

  • Researches and develops new multi-family segment opportunities in assigned geography

  • Supports the efforts of local Arch Reps and/or Sales Reps in developing and implementing National Account specifications and construction activity.

  • Identifies new National Account sales opportunities.

  • Researches, identifies, and responds to product and market trends.

  • Participates in trade shows and meetings related to Multi-Family National Accounts as required.

  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Mohawk counterparts in designated region.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

  • Significant but manageable travel required.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Strong familiarity of Dal-Tile product lines

  • Knowledge of Corporate product flow, manufacturing, sales and pricing structures

  • Minimum of 2 years in Architectural/Commercial/Multi-Family Sales for Dal-Tile products recommended.

  • Multiple market experience is a plus

  • Experience working with Marketing Managers, Planners and Customer Service Personnel

Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong ability to prepare and present concise reports in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
