Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Healthcare National Account Manager to join our TEAM! As the Healthcare National Account Manager, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as research and develop new opportunities in the healthcare segments, collaborate with Arch Reps and/or Sales Reps, and identify new national Healthcare sales.

Primary Objective

Develops new sales opportunities for Dal-Tile within the Healthcare segment to include new construction, remodels & modular building. Works closely with arch reps and National Account Director to implement sales strategy within this segment.

Major Function and Scope

  • Researches and develops new Healthcare opportunities nationwide

  • Supports the efforts of local Arch Reps and/or Sales Reps in developing and implementing new programs through GPO and other Healthcare buying groups.

  • Identifies new National Account sales opportunities.

  • Researches, identifies, and responds to product and market trends.

  • Participates in trade shows and meetings related to all Healthcare related opportunities.

  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Mohawk counterparts focusing on the Healthcare segment.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

  • Significant but manageable travel required.

  • Experience and Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong familiarity of Dal-Tile product lines, knowledge of Corporate product flow, manufacturing, sales and pricing structures.

  • Minimum of 2 years in Architectural/Commercial Sales for Dal-Tile products recommended. Multiple market experience a plus. Experience working with Marketing Managers, Planners and Customer Service Personnel.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

  • Past experience working in the Healthcare segment, including experience working with GPO’s (Buying groups),healthcare networking groups and other groups affiliated with Senior living , hospitals and medical office buildings


  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prepare and present concise reports in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong negotiation skills, good time management skills and the ability to think critically are important.
