Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional National Account Manager to join our TEAM! As the National Account Manager, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as research and develop new Dealer/Residential Remodel opportunities, collaborate with GSM’s and/or Sales Reps, and identify new Dealer account sales.

Primary Objective

Develops new sales opportunities for Dal-Tile within the Dealer/Residential Remodel segment to identify and develop new Strategic Dealers and grow Buying Group business. Works closely with GSM’s & regional team to implement growth and development plans with Dealer/Residential Remodel accounts. Additionally, accountable to identify, research and develop a growth strategy for the fast growing Kitchen & Bath category.

Major Function and Scope

Researches and develops new Dealer/Residential remodel segment opportunities in assigned Buying Groups.

Supports the efforts of local GSM’s and/or Sales Reps in developing and implementing Dealer/Residential Remodel growth programs and activity.

Identifies new Dealer sales opportunities.

Researches, identifies, and responds to product and market trends.

Participates in trade shows and meetings related Dealer/Residential Remodel as required.

Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Mohawk counterparts in designated segment.

Performs other related duties as required.

Significant but manageable travel required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong familiarity of Dal-Tile product lines, knowledge of Corporate product flow, manufacturing, sales and pricing structures.

Minimum of 2 years in Dealer/Residential Remodel Sales for Dal-Tile products recommended. Multiple market experience a plus. Experience working with Marketing Managers, Planners and Customer Service Personnel.


Strong organizational skills and the ability to prepare and present concise reports in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
