We’re looking for a talented and energetic Human Resources Generalist for our Corporate team in Dallas, Texas. The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support to employees and managers as an integral part of the HR Team. This individual will build collaborative partnerships with managers and employees by providing excellent customer service and follow-through.

  • Provides assistance and guidance on resolving employee relations issues by partnering closely with function managers, Regional HR Managers and Plant/Distribution HR Managers, and act as the secondary point of contact for employees while providing guidance, conducting investigations, recommending solutions, and analyzing trends.

  • Applies and interprets policies and procedures to basic and complex employment issues. Ensures compliance to State and Federal laws. Recommends changes to policies and procedures based on business trends.

  • Provides direction to managers regarding disciplinary actions, terminations, and handling serious policy violations.

  • Performs exit interviews. Analyzes trends and provides summary reports to management.

  • Creates and implements process improvements, selection tools and best in class practices to increase HR contributions.

  • Creates standard and ad hoc reports as needed to demonstrate recruiting effectiveness, turnover or performance improvement progress. Develops new reporting as needed.

  • Provides support to the HR Managers and corporate HR team. This could include projects assigned by VP HR, Director HR, or working on cross functional project teams.

  • Conducts HR related research and assist with HR strategic plan preparation.

  • Serves as project lead or participant, and champions employee related initiatives as assigned.

  • Act as the primary liaison between employees and other HR functions in order to provide a high level of service.

  • Provide HR administrative support as needed, by being the point of contact regarding benefits, policies and procedures, and any other HR related questions.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

Education and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area required.

  • Working knowledge of laws, regulations, practices and procedures in HR.


  • 1+ years of HR Generalist experience required.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to handle conflict resolution.

  • Must be able to analyze and interpret data and develop and relate ideas.
