The People Systems Coordinator is an entry level contributor that works closely with the HR, Finance, and IT teams to perform ongoing maintenance, support, and improvements for enterprise HRIS. This role will be responsible for providing technical assistance for People Systems across the organization as well as the preparation and maintenance of training materials and documentation. This position is located in Dallas, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system processing errors or integration issues of basic complexity.

  • Assist with data entry tasks in HR systems, including employee information, job changes, and other relevant data.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.

  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.

  • Participate in implementation projects.

  • Assist with the development and documentation of HR procedures and workflows.

  • Support testing, training, and implementations.

  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports from HR systems to support decision-making.

  • Assist with data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and insights.

  • Perform basic configuration and data maintenance.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
