The Financial Analyst's primary job responsibility is in assisting with the timely and accurate issuance of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operational credit/accounts receivable reports. You will assist in accurate and timely issuance of G/L account reconciliations, audit attestation support, unclaimed property recognition management/accounting/escheatment, asset securitization and SOX testing are additional objectives of this position. This position will also assist with SAP and AR Reporting Pyramid (ARRP – Z File) continuous system integrity maintenance.


  • A/R Journal Entries

  • Managing A/R downloads for the issuance of weekly and monthly operational reports

  • Reporting and analysis on A/R KPIs by credit responsibility

  • Assist in Month End reporting maintenance of month end files, charts, graphs, schedules, specific account reserves

  • Monthly G/L account reconciliations

  • Unclaimed Property monitoring, compliance, aged item tracking, accounting, reporting and attestation support

  • Telecheck, NSF/RTM accounting and reporting

  • Open Credits management support, including Escheatments and Refunds processing

  • SAP and AR Reporting Pyramid (ARRP – Z File) continuous system integrity maintenance and other related tasks as needed

  • DataWarehouse inquiries and data management as needed

  • Monthly, quarterly and annual Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing and attestation assistance

Education and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of general ledger and subledger systems (either integrated or non-integrated platforms)

  • At least 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting, finance, business management, or equivalent knowledge

  • Associate degree or higher in related field would be desirable but not required


  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to see the big picture

  • Good computer skills in spreadsheets and some database management

  • Works well under pressure and with others in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong team player
