Dal-Tile is seeking a Digital Project Manager who will oversee all project activities related to project planning, resource planning and status reporting to senior management. You will have meaningful discussions with the technology and architecture teams to accomplish project goals on time and within budget. You will be the liaison for IT and digital marketing and resolve ambiguity to keep projects on track. This position gives the opportunity to establish processes, manage projects from inception to completion and be recognized for your contribution to the success of Dal-Tile. The ability to measure ROI and manage multiple projects while keeping view of the big picture is key to this position’s success.

The Digital Project Manager reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and will be expected to utilize their project management skills and leverage the skills of others to ensure goals are met and projects are completed on time and within budget to achieve the business goals of Dal-Tile.


  • Responsible for alignment of all technical and business work flows related to permissions, authentication, validation, user journeys, metric tracking and analytics

  • Works directly with Agencies and technical teams

  • Works with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure solutions are delivered in time and on budget

  • Ensures all technical and business requirements are properly vetted and managed to success. Including post-mortems and feedback.

  • Automation of Digital Marketing and Reporting and experience with BI tools

  • Experience with MDM/PIM and DAM implementations and solutions

  • Workflow Support – Specialize workflows in support of collaborative workspaces

Education & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IS, MIS or related field preferred.

  • Agile, PMP or Six Sigma certifications preferred

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of digital project management experience

  • Direct work experience in a project management capacity and strategic management experience

  • Experience working with technical teams

  • Digital Analytics – Google or Adobe preferred

  • Digital Platform implementation and coordination – SiteCore or Adobe preferred

  • Product Management

  • CRM – Salesforce & SFMC preferred

  • Requirements Gathering – Agile preferred

  • Email Marketing

  • Search Engine Optimization

  • Search Engine Marketing

  • Mobile Site & App Management

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Web & Dynamic Product Database Design & Solutioning


  • An expert in full cycle project management and reporting KPI’s to management

  • An agile leader who commands influence and collaboration across marketing; proven ability to drive success cross-functionally

  • Experience with digital dashboard and KPI/metrics baselining and demonstrating progress.

  • Prioritization through backlog grooming and identifying projects/scope aligned to KPIs/Pillars.

  • Solutions-focused and remain calm and stable under pressure

  • Ability to build relationships with the internal project teams via a matrixed organization so that people want to work with and along-side you.

  • Ensures that relevant clients and account team members are kept up to date on project developments, changes in timings, costs, and any issues that may arise.

  • Manage conflicts and issues effectively.

  • Great communications skills and ability to drive strategic conversations and planning

  • Customer-first mindset with a demonstrated understanding of how to build two-way conversation

  • Track record in building effective customer journeys with an understanding of how to measure success at each touchpoint

  • Skilled presenter with the ability to build business cases rooted in data and insights

  • A data-driven approach; someone who can foster rigor and discipline in all that we do, to provide evidence for program success and return on investment

  • Ability to coordinate large matrixed groups and drive results.
