Our digital team is leading an industry and company-wide digital transformation and our team is growing rapidly. We are looking for an inquisitive, analytical Digital Marketing Content Manager who can lead the creation and production of content across our brand channels including web, email, and social media. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker and creative thinker who can take our brand to the next level in the online space. This person should be an excellent communicator, have a clear handle on the latest trends in Digital Marketing, and be willing to test and measure the way to omni-channel success for our brands.
Responsible for digital project management, asset organization and content consumption for Dal-Tile brands.
Content creation, publishing, workflow, and delivery via Sitecore CMS. Identify/manage project based resources contributing to this goal.
Responsible for day-to-day operations of core marketing platforms including, system management, list management, templates and reporting
Partner with UX, brand marketing, product and technology teams to develop omni-channel digital experiences.
Develop and execute strategy for customer segments & personalization. Target and retain customers, and report campaign results, and data findings.
Manage content calendar and related deadlines to meet production/launch deadlines.
Learn & leverage workflow processes to publish omni-channel content across our digital ecosystem: Sitecore 9.x CMS, BrightEdge SEO Platform, and Sales Force Marketing Cloud for social and email.
Partner with cross functional teams to leverage data and insights to develop and drive strategies and alignment to KPIs.
Measure content success with key metrics including SEO performance, keyword rank, and lead optimization efforts.
Strong self-starter who is a team player and a problem-solver who can work independently, Multi-task, and lead with inspiration.
Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects is required.
Experience with marketing automation platforms.
A minimum of 7 years direct experience with Sitecore content creation (or related CMS) & publishing and workflow/configuration, templates.
Understanding of HTML & CSS.
Experience with SXA & design tools is a plus.
Background and/or interest in fashion/design/interior design is a plus

Education & Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, IS, MIS or related field preferred.
