What we need:

The Application Support Specialist role is to provide daily support to users on SSC systems ( OASIS, Mobile OASIS, COTG, SAP, FreedomPay, B2B, Reporting, etc ). This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help support the field on a daily basis.

What you’ll do:

  • Take and Log Incidents for SSC locations, Ecom End Users, B2B End Users

  • Provide 1 st and 2 nd Level assistance daily to internal users and end user customers to resolve issues and address questions, technical support and available functionality with SSC core applications and B2B Solution

  • Resolve incidents at 1st call Resolution 90% of the time

  • Identify, replicate and log New Defects as identified

  • Provide work around options for existing Defects

  • Resolve and trouble shoot Customer Issues with Sales of Customers directly

  • Helps maintain and document Support Documentation to ensure accuracy of information provided to users

  • Ensures SOX compliant for request submitted or when resolving issues

  • Provide support to the Business Analyst where needed

  • On-Boarding New Dealers to B2B solution

  • Perform other related duties as required

What you have:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • College diploma or University degree not required, but a 2-4 year degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems preferred.

  • Working Business Knowledge on how systems are used in the Sales Service Centers is preferred

  • Some Experience with core software applications including OASIS, Mobile OASIS, COTG, SAP, FreedomPay, B2B, Oracle preferred

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Experience with core software applications, including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career
